The company under the name “Elements Yachting P.C.” (hereinafter the “Company“) is the exclusive owner of the website elementsyachting.com(hereinafter the “Website“) and provides its services through it under the following Terms of use, which the visitor / user of the Website is requested to read carefully and visit/use the Website only if he fully accepts them. In case the visitor / user does not agree with theseTerms of use, he shall not use the Website and the services of the Company.
Provision of Services
The Company reserves the right to modify and/or discontinue, without notice, temporarily or permanently, part or all the content of the Website and/or its services, without being liable to any third party for this reason.
